Spar with friendly people of different Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Kempo, Kajukenbo,Kick boxing, Silat). Hand and Foot pads required. Groin, Mouth, Head Gear recommended. Knee, Shin, forearm, elbow, chest gear optional.

Our goal is to keep your reflexes and sparring skills up without getting hurt by training with friendly people in a controlled sparring environment.

Saturdays 2:30 to 4:00 pm
