Open Question: (MMA) I came up with a theory with glass jaws?
I normally try to finish dinner really quickly to not waste anytime. For the past months I been chewing eat bite 30 times, to speed up digestion since I workout 2 times a day now. I read before that fighters would lift weights with their jaws, and chewing gum helps?... So I am wondering if someone who chews their food properly since they were young will increase the chance of not getting knocked out?
